Third Workplace is a drop-in hourly workplace, similar to coworking space, but with ground floor convenience and built on custom made member technology that allows complete flexibility in working (come in for an hour or a minute). We are helping people embrace a green work style, locating ourselves near convenient transportation routes, and meeting the needs of mobile workers everywhere. This is a professional environment where you choose how you want to work. Our 4,600 sq foot workplace has a 70-seat Open Area that features spacious reclaimed wood tables, outfitted with electrical outlets at each seat with succulents lining the top of oak and metal dividers for privacy and comfort. Natural light streams in through large front facing windows. Two lounge areas are located at each end of the main working space. We have 4 Private Offices, perfect for two person meetings or long distance interviews on our Cisco video conferencing unit. Our Meeting Rooms can fit anywhere from 4 to 14 people, each of which comes equipped with an HD LED monitor and whiteboard walls. We have no permanent desks, our hourly rate starts at $6 and includes unlimited Wifi, coffee, tea, printing, faxing, copying, and scanning- completely free. See you soon!
