coLAB is a coworking space located two minutes from Phsar Toul Tom Pong (Russian Market) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. coLAB-ers include graphic designers, web developers, marketing consultants, social media strategists, presentation advisors and HR professionals. What’s it like working at coLAB? For freelancers and solo workers coLAB is a great opportunity to meet others in a professional and lively workspace. Whether you work in the NGO world, or as programmer, a designer, a writer or something totally different you’ll find interesting people here to collaborate with and bounce ideas off of. It’s also lots of fun. Do you have refreshments? Yes, in addition to the kettle/tea/coffee combo, we maintain a beverage refrigerator stocked with beer, pop/soda, water, etc. There is a tab system in place and you are forwarded your balance owing once per month. How do you manage access? What are the hours? Members have 24/7 access to the coLAB facilities. We employ a 2 step security system using both traditional locks as well as a digital keycard system. What’s the internet connection like? We have a fast 3mb fiber-optic connection from Ezecom. It’s very reliable. There’s lots of power outages in Phnom Penh. Do you get those? Very rarely. In fact, we’ve maintained over a 99.9% electric uptime for over a year.
