Brusss Coworking Space is a creative office community situated in Tap-E, one of Carlsberg brewery former facilities in Copenhagen. In 2009, the space was converted from an old lemon soda tapping line to an open and creative office community. Since then, the rest of the old Carlsberg brewery has been ingested by many other creative companies - the list is long and includes designers, graphic designers, artists, galleries, printing houses, architects and cafes. Today, the area is an exciting and different environment that bubbles of creativity and development. The space is lying on the top floor facing the beautiful 'Jacobens Garden', whose beautiful treetops provides the perfect view for enjoying a cup or a cold beer on the balcony, which runs around the office. The floor area totals 140m2 of which approx. 80m2 is office space and 60m2 the model workshop which can be freely used by our tenants. We offer a relaxed and cosy office environment with excellent facilities: Open kitchen with dining desk and bar stools, elevated working desks, sofa corner, professional espresso machine, storage room, printing, internet and a great and very well-equipped model workshop. Brusss is seeking tenants from creative small businesses who needs an office space for shorter or longer periods, ranging from week to full-time basis.
